Features:
1) Booth design:
a) Booth panel wall thickness: 75mm
b) The panels are made of steel and plastic. They have injected fillings
of heat insulation foam materials in the middle section, which provides
better heat retention and sound proofing ability
c) The booth ceiling panels are made of rigid folded electro-galvanized
steel plates frame. All the panel joints are lined with aluminum strips
which provide better sealing
2) The booth front entrance has three doors (foldable) and one safety
exit / service door at the side. All doors are made by bending methods
and the middle sections are reinforced with 1.5mm thick steel plates frame.
During installation, M8 bolts and nuts are needed to fix-up. The sight glass
has oblong shape
3) Air intake system (2 sets): it has one unit (15" x 15") rotary fan couple with
a 7.5kW motor drive unit. The heat exchanger is made of stainless material,
which has thickness of 1.5mm and features more heat dissipating surface,
better heat exchange and better burner efficiency. The burner is an Italian
made brand "RIELLO" model 40-G10 and the air valve uses "BELIMO"
electronic control unit
4) Air exhausts system (2 sets): consists of 2 filters and one unit (15" x 15") rotary
fan couple with 7.5kW motor drive unit
5) To meet the Environment Protection Agency requirements, the followings
will be used:
a) Activated carbon filter system, which will provide better filtering of
harmful exhaust gas from burner and gases from paint solvents that
meets the EPA standards
b) Water filter system, which will effectively remove air borne paint and
dust
c) With the combination of the two systems incorporated, the discharged
air will meets the national EPA standard
6) Lighting system: at both (left and right) corners of the booth ceiling,
there are 8 sets of 45 degree mounted lightings. Each set consist of 3
pieces of 36W lamps. At the middle section of booth (left and right) side
panels, there are 7 sets of lightings. Each set consist of 2 pieces of 36W
lamps. Finally, at the mid-section of the rear end of the booth, it has 3 sets
of super bright lights
7) Ceiling filter system: it has wool type filters which filter out 99% dust,
which ensures that the air entering the booth interior is virtually dust free.
The filter frames precisely fabricated to ensure better sealing and easy filter
replacement
8) Booth flooring system: it consists of 2 rows of extra heavy duty steel grid
covers and below it lay the filters which filters the out going air that exhaust
out to the exhaust fan
9) Control system: auto temperature control and auto-shut off after completion
